It's easy! Once the bot is in your server, the first step is to register by using any command, like /profile, and clicking the "Agree" button. After that, you must use the /companion command to set up Mizumi's personality and select your chat mode. Once you've saved your configuration, you can start chatting with her by mentioning her (@Mizumi) in a channel or by talking to her in your DMs!

To save your tokens and avoid interrupting conversations, Mizumi will only respond when you directly ping her (@Mizumi) or reply to one of her messages. If you're in your DMs with her, no ping is needed!

The /companion command is the heart of the platform! It opens an interactive menu that lets you customize Mizumi's core personality, her interests, your relationship dynamic with her, and her speaking style. It's also where you choose between the SFW (Safe-For-Work) and NSFW (age-restricted) modes.

Tokens are the fuel for our conversations. Every time you send a message that gets a reply, it costs tokens. This system allows us to cover the API costs for running the AI models. Your token allowance automatically resets every 12 hours (at 00:00 and 12:00 UTC).

Different actions have different costs:
SFW Chat: 1 Token
NSFW Chat: 2 Tokens (1 for the response + 1 for the safety check)
Summarization: 1 Token (This happens automatically in the background to improve Mizumi's memory).

Your token allowance is determined by your premium tier and resets every 12 hours (at 00:00 and 12:00 UTC). Here is the breakdown of tokens provided per 12-hour period:

Free Users: 10 Tokens
Tier 1 Supporters: 300 Tokens
Tier 2 Companions: 500 Tokens
Tier 3 Soulmates: 1,000 Tokens

Remember, you can also get a large bonus of 200 tokens by using /vote and then /claim every 12 hours!

1. Wait: Your token allowance will automatically refill at the next 12-hour reset.
2. Vote: Use the /vote command to support us on sites like Top.gg. After voting, use /claim to receive a large bonus of tokens! You can do this every 12 hours.
3. Go Premium: Subscribing to a premium tier gives you a massive increase in your daily token allowance, lower cooldowns, and unlocks deeper customization features.

Yes! Mizumi has a unique "Journaling" memory system. She remembers the last ~30-60 messages of your chat perfectly (depending on your premium tier). For older conversations, she intelligently summarizes the key points into "memories" that she reviews before talking to you. This allows your relationship to grow over time without her forgetting important details.

Absolutely! Just run the /companion command again at any time. You can go through the menu and change any of your previous selections. Your new configuration will be saved and used for all future conversations.

SFW Mode is the default, wholesome experience. Mizumi is a gentle and friendly companion, and she will politely refuse to engage in any inappropriate topics. NSFW Mode uses a different, more flexible AI model that is designed for adult, explicit, and passionate roleplay. This mode can only be used in DMs or channels marked as age-restricted.

Mizumi's memory is very powerful, but it's not perfect! It works in two parts:
- Short-Term Memory: She remembers the last 16-60 messages (depending on your premium tier) of your chat with perfect clarity.
- Long-Term "Journaling": For older conversations, Mizumi creates intelligent summaries of the most important points. She reviews these "memories" before talking to you.

Sometimes, a detail that seemed small at the time might not have made it into her long-term journal. This summarization process is what allows her to have a long-term memory without using a massive number of tokens, keeping the service fast and affordable. Premium Tiers with a larger short-term memory can help her keep more details in mind at all times!

No, your history is safe! Mizumi maintains two entirely separate chat histories: one for her SFW persona and one for her NSFW persona. Reconfiguring her traits using the /companion menu will not clear either history. Instead, she will simply continue the conversation with her newly updated traits and all your previous messages intact.

First, please check the official Discord Status Page to make sure Discord itself isn't having issues. If Discord is fine, it's possible our bot is undergoing a planned update or experiencing a temporary outage. You can use the /status command to check the status of Mizumi's services.

After voting, you must use the /claim command to receive your tokens. If you've done that and it still doesn't work, it's usually for one of these reasons:

- Timing: It can take a minute or two for our system to register your vote. Please try running /claim again after 2-3 minutes.
- Claim Window: You must use the /claim command within 30 minutes of voting.
- Already Claimed: The /vote command will show you if you are on a 12-hour cooldown, which means you have already successfully claimed the reward for your last vote.

We take your privacy very seriously. Our policy is "Risk-Based Logging":
- SFW Chats: Your messages are never logged. We only log Mizumi's anonymous responses to help improve her quality.
- NSFW Chats: This is a monitored environment. If our automated safety systems detect a violation of our core rules (like hate speech, illegal content, or underage claims), a detailed incident report containing the triggering message is created and stored for a limited time for moderation. This is the only time your message content is ever stored.

Our platform has a zero-tolerance policy for anything that compromises the safety of our community. If our automated systems detect any message that suggests a user is under the age of 18, access to all age-restricted content is permanently and irreversibly disabled for that account. This is a strict safety measure that cannot be appealed unless it was a genuine mistake from our side.

To protect communities, NSFW companions can only be used in two places: your private Direct Messages (DMs) with the bot, or in a server channel that has been explicitly marked as "Age-Restricted" (NSFW) by the server's administrators.

Absolutely not, unless you choose to chat in a public space. Your privacy is critical. Here’s how it works:
- In your DMs: Your conversations are completely private between you and the bot.
- In a Server: Mizumi will only respond with NSFW content in a channel that has been explicitly marked as "Age-Restricted" by the server's administrators. Anyone who has access to that specific channel will be able to see the conversation. Mizumi will never send an NSFW reply in a general, non-age-restricted channel.

Our age detection filter is a critical safety feature that is intentionally very strict. It can be triggered by any statement that discusses or implies an age under 18, even if it's meant as a joke, a misunderstanding (e.g., "I've only been playing guitar for 15 years"), or part of a roleplay scenario.

For legal and safety reasons, all flags from this automated system are treated as a serious self-declaration and result in an immediate loss of access to all age-restricted features. If you genuinely believe this was a mistake, you may open a ticket in our support server within 3 days of the flag to appeal the decision.

We have six layers of advanced content safety features and active monitoring to ensure a safe experience. However, no AI is perfect. In the rare event that an inappropriate message gets through our filters, please help us improve by reporting it.
